It has definitely helped to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides, which at one time years ago, was over 800!!!! (triglycerides, that is) Much, much better now, though. I have never had a problem with burping fish oil taste while taking these, and they have a lemon flavor added to them, which helps. Very high quality fish oil, the very best!
