Centric 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinners, True Navy, Checked-Large 28-Inch

This was my first hard shell suitcase. It was crushed after one flight. Completely not durable. Despite the item description, it’s just plastic, and obviously can’t stand up to other bags being stacked on top of it in the belly of a plane. Returned for a full refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS SUITCASE! It broke the first day I used it. I bought it in advance of a trip, and once I was traveling and it broke, the return window had closed, and the only recourse they suggested was to send me a replacement wheel. How could I receive it while on the road, and how could I replace it myself? I had to buy a replacement for another hefty price. What a ripoff.

Quality product

I ordered this carry-on for my daughter who just graduated from college. I was excited to find Samsonite brand luggage at an affordable price that was exactly what she needed.

I did not like it because it seems like it is not as well-made as my other Samsonite suitcase being the same line. Don’t think the wheels will last very long on it.

Perfect for short and long trips. Easy to move around

Do not buy this product. Second time I used it was at Christmas. What a waste of money. Wheel came off at airport. Thought I had fixed it by screwing back on. Came off again as soon as I took out of trunk at airport on return. It was the only suitcase I saw at the airport with a broken wheel.

Overall this suitcase is very nice. Color is pretty, rolls easily, and fits a lot of stuff. I gave durability 3 stars because I’ve only used it once.

Looks good and great size for overhead bins. Perfect travel case.
