> 24 hourThis is a large bit, so you need to reduce router speed when using it. The top and bottom bearings make it suitable for pattern following and/or edge trimming. Generally CMT makes excellent bits, so I expect this to last. I am retired and a DIY woodworker and I am in my shop pretty much every day, so my tools and bits are used frequently. Not a production shop, but not quite a weekend warrior either.

> 24 hourI bought this bit for template routing to make some back chair legs. I was VERY surprised at how well this thing was able to cut down a 2x4. Super smooth and hasnt dulled at all after a fair bit (no pun intended) of usage. It is a large, solid, well-built router bit and it got the job done!

> 24 hourSpiral bits are supposed to help with tear out. Not so much.

> 24 hourThis is a very heavy duty well built bit, cuts fast and smooth

> 24 hourIts a workhorse. Very easily slices through red oak with a 2 1/4hp table router. Worked through interior arch grain very well, it was pretty forgiving. Alot of the straight flush trim bits will grab the grain and destroy your piece if you go to far before flipping your template. I could get very very close and even go against some of the grain without any damage to the piece and any dangerous kick back.

> 24 hourDead on accurate. It’s a long bit make sure your router or router table has enough travel to get the bearings against the template

> 24 hourI used this bit to cut ten 2x4s to match a multiple curved pattern. It worked great.

> 24 hourWasn’t the cheapest but it did a great job so far. It’s a beast of a bit compared to what I’m used to. I’ve only used for the top bearing so far. Cut very well though. Time will tell how long it lasts.
