Greater than one weekSits flush with the sink and catches a lot of food & gunk. Not fun to clean as it catches food particles. I dump out the food and smack it on the trash can. Scrub it clean and good as new. Ive had it a few months now and its still shinny and new. New, right after its cleaned of course.

> 3 dayIt’s easy to clean. Other mesh type strainers become impossible to clean after awhile. This one won’t.

13-06-2025These are exactly what I was looking for for our coach. We do not have a garbage disposal unfortunately. No coach has a garbage disposal… Unless I don’t think so! It doesn’t seem to shine up very well and I scrubbed it pretty good but they’re cheap enough where I can toss them every few months if needed. It’s doing the job as expected.

Greater than one weekExactly what i needed! Doesnt drain liquids thicker than water if not going through the grating, but works wonderfully otherwise! I simply turn the faucet on to make it move, or pick up this out of the drain for thicker liquids. To get food out, tap on the side of your trashcan or if its small enough, its okay to spray it out of it upside down into the drain. Perfect product!

> 3 dayAfter clogging my kitchen sink for a second time, I realized I need to get a better strainer. This thing will fill up fast with food particles, but that is the point. Expect frequently dumping with this one, but know all that food isnt going down your drain. I live in an older house, and Im not about to create some blockage in my old pipes! This thing could save a whole lot of trouble and money. Ive had for a few weeks now and it is still very shiny and the material seems like itll hold up good.

> 3 dayI bought this because the thin wire mesh ones always had stray wires underneath that would poke out and cut my fingers when I was emptying it. You can imagine the disgusting bacteria on a sink strainer, so I bought this as a safer option. I love that it doesn’t cut my fingers and seems to clean up easier but it SO easily gets clogged. I will end up with a sink of dirty water and have to shift it to get the sink to drain before I can empty it.

> 3 dayI bought one of those screen-type strainers, assuming I’d regret it.. and was right. It was so flimsy it wouldnt lay down flat, and caused an even bigger pain in trying to keep a clean sink. My life fell into chaos. I searched the world over in search of a strainer that actually worked. Finally i was able to bribe a sherpa to take me to a fabled guru who lived in a remote cave deep in the Himalayas who reportedly had found a decent sink strainer. After months of meditation, rituals and cold-weather conditioning, i won his trust and he shared his strainer experience. And it’s PERFECT. Sits snug and flat in the drain recess, picks up easily and cleans out with a simple upside-down tap! So while all told my strainer cost me over $85,000 in travel, supplies, lost wages and medical expenses, you can attain strainer nirvana for the measly, enlightening price of about 7 bucks. Do it!! Do it now!!!
