This is a very nice and tasty tea! This tea is NOT to help you sleep, as some have thought! It is a perfect flavor, and very smooth tea, ,yet realize it is NOT meant to make you sleep easier!!Or put you to sleep! It is simply a herbal tea, containing no caffeine !You can drink in late evenings with NO CAFFINE.AAA+++ night time tea!!

It tastes good and all, but the flavor is weak as spearmint isnt my favorite flavor in anything. It did make me sleepy though.

Some of the herb is falling through the tea bags. Nice tea.

Sleepy Time tea is probably the one tea that every household should have on hand and use regularly.

Perhaps not the best value in town, but Crucial has been my go to brand for years for memory upgrades. Purchased this 4 GB stick to upgrade a Synology DS that has an extra memory card slot. Installation was easy. The RAM module was properly recognized and the DS system operates A-OK.

If youre having trouble sleeping, theres no downside to trying this delicious tea. It calms the body.
