> 3 dayTastes good and puts me right to sleep. They also have Sleepytime in K-cups for the Keurig. If you dont want to get the K-cups but want to use the keurig, you can get the keurig attachment cup (used for coffee grinds too), open the tea bag, and put some of the tea in the attachment cup to brew the tea.

> 3 dayI have been having trouble sleeping lately and this tea really does a good job. Only drawback for me is that I feel groggy in the morning. I would say to not steep it for too long or it will be very strong.
