> 24 hourThis organizer is easy to fill. Both sides open wide, and stay open so each days supplements can be dropped in, one after another. My husband and I each take several large capsules (fish oil, lecithin, magnesium) daily, and these large compartments hold all, with room to spare. Lids snap nice and tight, so no worries of capsules spilling out. I am much more faithful in taking supplements daily, as directed. If you take large capsules, you cant go wrong with this organizer!
