Dell SE2216H 22 -Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor

Tried to set up monitor but found that there are only VGA & HDMI connections; no USB input/output ports which I need for various plug-ins. Never powered up monitor so cant speak to picture quality. Check for ports you need before ordering this or any other monitor. Found the Dell P2219H which meets my needs.

Pretty cheap plastic these days, but functional. Only complaint is the monitor doesnt have good blacks. I couldnt get the blacks really black and the still have brightness and good color. Up against a cheap VX2262wm it doesnt look that good, but for a kids monitor it will be OK for the $109 I paid for it on lightning deal.

I bought this monitor at the same time as I bought the Dell Inspiron 15.6 inch computer believing that purchasing a monitor made by the same people who made my computer would be an ideal match. It wasnt quite. This monitor, despite offering the same pixel ratios as the computer, seems a bit more washed-out color-wise from the laptop display. Because both display sit side by side its an easy comparison and one that is quite noticeable. The controls on the frame are easy enough to make all the adjustments youd want-color, density, framing, etc but I couldnt quite get the sharpness or the vibrant colors I was expecting. Its fine for my use-I stay mostly in the black and white world of Microsoft Office-but there is a slight degradation in the overall color display. Not enough that I cant recommend it, but enough that I cant give it five stars.

Loved this product. Gifted it to my wife and she loved it.

Really cant beat these. Great price.

Very lightweight base that causes it to wiggle around too much, compared to a weighted unit. Otherwise the picture is just fine.
