Denmark 21 Carry-on Spinner, Wine

I was able to pack enough winter clothes for an 8 day trip. I used this and a backpack and had no problem with the airline baggage policy. Spins well, expands while maintaining balance, and has handles on top, bottom, and side making it easy to load and retrieve from overheads.

This is a perfect size case and I loved the look in white. However, the wheels did not glide as smooth as I would have liked them to AND most important, it did not hold up being a checked bag. I purchased this specifically for a trip to Italy. I carried it on both flights going over. On the return trip the airline made me check it, which was aggravating. When I arrived at my home airport, it was dented in and the zipper torn out on the bottom. Now Im guessing it did not get great treatment during the two flights home however it obviously could not handle being thrown around

Very light weight, great space management

First of all, you have to remove one of the handles for this to actually be the required new carry on size. OK, did that. Very first trip, not putting this carry-on through anything more than rolling through airports, the wheel fails and jams up. Had to carry the rolling carry-on. Very very cheap quality wheels. Contacted their customer service about the warranty. Sent them the pictures. They require the customer to remove the wheel from the suitcase and identify the wheel part number for them. Then they will charge shipping for a replacement wheel. Anyway, this is cheap junk and I dont recommend buying one.

An awesome carry on at a super price. Rolled great thru airport with adjustable handle. Durable...dropped by TSA twice at least! Roomy without expanding but that option for more room is there and also has a hidden compartment for laptop or files accessible from outside. Very pleased.

I have to say that this is an awesome luggage that will last you a long time. I bought one for each of us (Family of 5) in different colors. They are sturdy and are lasting. My problem are the wheels. Theres four wheels, but you can really only use it by pulling behind you. It fits so much and I love to travel with just carry-on, but you cant roll it on all four wheels because it wont actually go if youre either on carpet or its too heavy. Otherwise, I like the computer slot. Its honestly perfect when your bag is full of clothes because it feels like your computer or ipad is prtotected. But after four years, the wheels and driving me crazy enough to want to buy a new bag.

I returned it because it seemed so flimsy and I did not believe that it would hold up for our mission trips or international travel. I would not recommend this item for international travel where you need to depend on sturdy wheels and handles.
