Love this suitcase. Only used it once so far but it survived Seatac Airport and Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix with no issues

After it going through baggage claim there are no dents. Its easy to move and eye catching so you can pick it out of a group.

We love this product so much that we would like to have a matching set. We have had carry on luggage before that doesnt fit once you get on the plane. This suitcase fits perfectly and holds a lot. We love the pocket at the top. We kept our passport and other important items in the secret pocket which made it easy to pass thru security and have everything easily accessible. I would give it a 10 star if I could.

Ive only used once so far. The handle could be made better but other than that im happy

Love it, super light weight and durable. Perfect for someone who travels a few times a year.

Was surprised that the little wheels held up to rough handling and very rough surfaces. Used as a check on bag, but could work for carryon.

Overall a nice design, relatively flexible and usable for a wide variety of needs. The zipper to the laptop expansion was ripped off during the most recent flight - bag had to be checked on a regional flight. The handle is flimsy, but held up for the 5-6 times we have used this bag. Have not tried warranty yet, may update score based on their response.

Great daughter flew to Ireland and Italy and had no problems!

This product had some great reviews, which is why I originally got it. I think it would be a better product for people who only takes trips every once in a while. The zipper doesnt work any more (not the one that extends the suitcase to make it bigger, the one that you use to actually close the suitcase). The wheels all kind of catch and dont ride smoothly/straight. I really liked it for the first month when it wasnt broken! And I like how everything felt protected in it, but as soon as the zipper broke, Im now always nervous about my stuff falling out. My best advice would be to get this suitcase if you dont travel too often. If you travel for work more than once or twice a month, then you should go with a different product.
