Already broken. Hadnt been a month!!!

I am a little league ages 7 & 8 baseball coach. I hoped to use this tape measure when putting out bases and a pitching machine. I briefly used it prior to six games before it jammed so tight impossible to use again. For all I know it could have started to jam while removing it from the impossible packaging.

First of all, it does not display a running tally of inches. It starts over at the beginning of each foot. Secondly we found it impossible to rewind. We had a heck of a time pressing the button, winding a little, pressing the button.

DeWalt tape measure worked perfectly.

Might be lighter ones out there but great durability.

This was perfect for measuring the outside of the house and along the property line. It winds up really fast, and feels very sturdy. It is an insanely great deal for the price and I regret not getting one of these earlier. Ive been stumbling along in life with a 25ft tape measure, and having to estimate as I adjusted for the next 25ft. Definitely plan on this one lasting a long time.

So i took a measurement of my basement and waa reeling it in and it got a crack in the tape. So the next time i used it u pulled it out and the tape broke off

Will be ordering another one very soon. This thing rewinds FAST! I have used Stanley fat max until now
