The construction is pure quality...never had anything break. Never had to send anything back, even though they had a lifetime guarantee. The Measure Up Cups were used in the bath, in the sandbox, in the kitchen, in the playroom...you name it! Theyre fun, but also provide learning opportunities as the child ages, providing hands on math lessons. If you fill up the number 3 and number 4 cups they will fill the number 7 cup! My daughter thought that was pretty cool when she was learning to count. I cant say enough about this simple and inexpensive toy. Ive got them packed away so that she can use them with her own children one day. I was so excited to see that Amazon carries them and I can now share this gift with my nieces and nephews as they have children of their own.
