All products arrived on the day it was supposed to arrive. The products seem to be full-strength and are effective.

I have C O P D it seems to help a little no fix all by any means. I have four bottles 2 I got from Amazon and 2 I got from a doterra sales person that came by my friends house in Brookings, Or when I was there for a visit

Really helps with sinus, asthma etc . Opens airways . Comforting smell.

Originally purchased this oil about 6 or so months ago to help with breathing at night while I sleep. In my honest opinion, it is worth it! I use this oil along with nose strips and oxygenated water. Why? Because all three on their own work very well, but the doTERRA is the icing on the cake. I put two drops on the soles of each foot and two drops on my chest before going to bed, and I can immediately feel the difference!

I put this in my diffuser and wake up with no more lung pain. You have to try this to believe it. My bottles were sealed well. Sometimes Ill put a carrier oil (coconut oil) with it and put it on the soles of my feet and chest its also very calming for anxiety. My daughter puts it on her toddlees after each bath on the soles of their feet to keep them calm and it works. Hope this helps others. With covid, we have to have something like this stocked up.
