I use it in a vaporizer to open up the airways. Reminds me of Vick’s vapo rub but seems to work better for me and I prefer the smell. Has the usual eucalyptus-minty effects. 4 stars because of higher price.

My husband uses every night in his CPAP, just one drop on the filter, it helps with his stuffy nose from allergies. Our son uses it as an umpire, carries it in his pocket, one drop in palm, cup hands over nose, opens you right up. Wonderful stuff, we love all of our essential oils.
