I was impressed with environmentally conscious packing, it was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear and easy. Although I did not need any customer support, I received emails checking to make sure the set up went well or if I needed any help. No additional software to download, no complicated instructions. I am truly impressed with this little machine - Doxie!!

The Doxie Pro is the third Doxie scanner Ive owned in the past decade and is by far the most flexible and feature-filled. It takes seconds to scan a stack of papers into Evernote, for example. I just run them through the document feeder and it automatically determines if individual pages are single- or double-sided, black and white or color, then staples them together in a pdf. Then its one click to send them to Evernote (or wherever you want to store your docs). The software is intuitive and has a very clear look & feel. The other feature I love is the direct feeder for thicker paper, photos or business cards. Instead of feeding from the front and coming out the back, it feeds in the front and comes out the front, so you can put it at the edge of your desk and not lose papers out the back. The portability, the feeders, the software and Doxies terrific customer service make this scanner an excellent choice.

Like the simplicity and ease of use. Appreciate tech support emails. I use scanner only occasionally but like having it when needed.

I read many scanner reviews and selected the DOXIE PRO. I picked it because it had the least paper jam complains, had a small footprint, and was not made in China. After scanning more than 500 sheets, I can report not a single jam. The set up was easy (I use a Mac). Simply follow the instructions and the software loads in a snap. It is very intuitive, you are up and running in no time. I was using a high end multi purpose printer, scanner, copier, but the DOXIE PRO is significantly faster and has cut down the time it takes me to convert to e-files by 75% or more. The features are perfect. Docs are easy to manipulate and rename. Within a few hours of registration, Sarah from DOXIE emailed to ask if I had any questions. 2 days later, I did have a question and was given the option of chat or having return phone call. I did select chat. My request was answered within a minute. Lanie assisted me. She was not handing multiple calls like many chat responders do. I received an email a day later as asking if the problem was solved and if I needed any additional support. The DOXIE PRO and their people are first rate. They stand way above the crowd.

I switched from a ScanSnap to Moxie for my home office set up and its been really nice so far. The Mac app is so simple to use and support helped me figure out how to staple my PDFs so they are in the correct order when I save into my files. The ScanSnap app was always so temperamental so its a pleasure to find a scanner that works more easily. The company seems hell bent on satisfying customers and have already gone above and beyond to make sure Im happy with the scanner. So far, highly recommend! PS. They also have a photo sleeve for smaller sized objects, or you can scan smaller things first and then staple them in the app.

Small, easy to set up and does a great job. Also, tech support reaches out frequently to make sure that all is OK. The software is also so easy and thoughtful. Im impressed. Great purchase.

Small business owner working toward going paperless! The new Doxie Pro scans very quickly and more pages than our older Doxie scanner. It was very easy to set up! I love the support team! The whole onboarding was a snap! Looking forward to perfecting the paperless experience with our new Doxie Pro for our business! Love it!

Just received the Doxie Pro scanner today. It arrived in a sturdy box well packed for transport. All parts were present and all folding/moving parts were taped down and secure. The device comes with a cardboard instruction sheet but I used the online instructions. Setup was quick and easy with software available online. I have always used flatbed scanners but really wanted to save desktop space with this small scanner. The Doxie Pro worked immediately on my iMac with no glitches at all. The accompanying software is user friendly and allows for custom configuration. I suggest you check out the System Settings to fine tune the software. The scanner can handle up to 20 paper sheets. Thick sheets need to be fed one at a time. Color replication was good with a max of 600dpi. Overall I really like this scanner. Its friendly, sturdy, compact and efficient.

Starting with opening of the box along with the setting up of the Doxie Pro DX400, the instructions are clear and easy to understand. This scanner can be utilized by both Mac and PC and comes with everything needed for a smooth operation. The software that is downloaded is user friendly and easy to follow. The step by step instructions along with the picture/videos keep the operation simple and hassle free. I use my Doxie Pro DX400 for everything from receipts to documents as well as artwork done by my grandchildren! Best of all is the A+ customer service. Any questions are answered quickly and the support is top notch! I definitely recommend the Doxie Pro DX400 scanner for any and all scanning.
