> 3 dayI have a Brand New Hoover Cordless Pet that I thought was doing a FANTASTIC job but then I got the Dyson, and needless to say, I was literally blown away by the fine dust and dander that my new Dyson picked up. I had a Dyson Cordless (V6) YEARS ago, but it quit working after two years. I was hesitant to buy another and I found alternatives. But it just seemed like the others were missing the suction power of the Dyson. For the Price, the quality of the materials are fantastic. You get a ton of tools, and the nice thing about this unit is the ANTI HAIR wrap Brush... AND, IT WORKS! This Unit is very easy to empty, clean out , and it charges really fast - faster than my hoover. The Wall Mount is an awesome perk to the vacuum - its easy to install on the wall and set up. I hope that this one lasts more than two years like my Prior Dyson, but Im excited to have another Dyson again. is it worth the price??? Id say if you can get it on sale, than yes.

> 3 dayI purchased my Dyson V10 Animal from Amazon on April 23 then on June 5 (1 1/2 months), the battery died. Ordered another battery ($60) from Amazon and it works. Called Amazon and they said “Sorry we cannot honor the return or provide a new battery or give me credit for the replacement battery because it was out of our window…1 month)”. I called Dyson and they won’t warranty because I bought it from Amazon. I did purchase the extended warranty since I read reviews that said it was a good buy BUT I’m out of luck until my Dyson is 2 years old! Not happy and I’m so upset with Amazon! I spend A LOT of money with them!!! I love my Dyson, it works great so I give it 5 stars!

Greater than one weekThe power is so strong that it is hard to believe it is a cordless vacuum cleaner. I cleaned a carpet that looked clean with this product and it removed a scary amount of dust. The battery life is a little low in the strongest mode.

> 3 dayThe Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal has incredible suction and grabbing power. I was amazed at how much more this vacuum can pick up over its predecessor. Very ergonomic and easily reconfigurable with all of the included accessories. The power head has no problem getting into tight spaces and under the sofa. It is a vacuum thats super easy to maneuver with a nice quality yet lightweight feel to it. Works great on tile, hardwood and carpet, which makes it a refreshing change where I no longer need multiple tools to clean the house. The only downside that I can see is that you do have to keep your finger on the trigger power switch.

> 3 daySo far so good. The hollow wall anchors provided to attach the mounting bracket failed immediately. I had to provide suitable anchors from my own stock. Given the price of a Dyson I think they could provide proper anchors.

> 3 dayThe up to minutes are misleading. There are different power settings. If you want the suction you expect from something this expensive, you have to put it on full power. I upgraded from the smaller V8 model, and the battery life was not much better. The attachments are slightly better, but emptying is a downgrade. With the V8, you can keep the tube on and empty it into the garbage. With the V10, the tube sticks through where it opens, so it needs to be removed to empty. The wall mount is also different, so it needed to be changed out. The V10 is a slide in from the top, the V8 requires a push from an angle, then close into place. Either are easy enough, but the V8 is easier because you can come in from varying angles. It matters when you need to maneuver it into place if youre working around other items where youre storing it.
