> 3 dayThis is an absolute must-have accessory to the Mars to me. I use it with every print I do, and its very nice to be able to save space on what would have been two different stations if I had made my own cleaning & curing setups. This really does just simplify and streamline the post-print cleanup process in a huge way, I doubt I would be doing as much with my printer as I am if I didnt have this to cut down time.

> 3 dayI had purchased a Mercury Plus a little while back and was disappointed to find that one side of my lights had stopped working after the first few uses. I contacted Elegoo about the issue and they could not have been more helpful. They quickly sent out a replacement light bar without hesitation. Replacing the part was simple enough and before I knew it my Mercury Plus was back in action. The staff at Elegoo is incredible and dedicated to making (and keeping) their customers happy.

> 3 daycame packed tight with lots of shock absorbing foam inside and out. setup is super simple once you get everything unwrapped if youre mostly printing off small tabletop miniatures then two standard first aid size bottles of 91 or higher isopropyl alcohol seems to be plenty to submerge the basket and circulate around the prints. the UV cure lights dont seem to be as intense as the setup I had before. no big deal I just let them cook for longer on the turntable. I wasnt sure if the brown paper on the turntable was supposed to be removed or not, nothing said in the booklet I left it as it doesnt seem to be hurting anything as the turntable is made of the same blue light blocking yellow acrylic. Im really happy I picked this up as it makes running off prints and cleaning them a lot simpler with a lot less steps.

> 3 dayI opened the box and the first thing I notice is no manual, no protective film over the acrylic cover, no protective film over the LCD display. After opening the rest I see that the bracket to hold the build plate is missing, the glass turn table has a glob of resin on it and the washing container is completely coated with dried resin. So I thought maybe I bought a refurbished model, nope nowhere on the product description does it say used, and the invoice says new. I cant trust a company that tries to sell you a used product. They didnt even clean it up or make sure all the parts were there. Absolutely terrible.

> 3 dayUnboxed the wash station to discover that the attachment fir the build plate was missing. The main reason why I bought the wash station was to wash the build plate. Cant do that without the attachment. So disappointed!

> 3 dayI wasnt sure what to expect with the cleaner but its super easy to use and looks clean next to all the resin and 3D printers. The curing definitely makes a difference on the final product as well!

16-06-2025So I hate to give elegoo a bad review as I was a big fan of the Mars 2 pro, which I still use. As well as the Mars 3 pro, until recently. I had recently bought this and the mars 3 in a package. I have had both machines less than a year and neither of them are functioning as they should be. You can find a review on the Mars 3 pro on the Mars 3 page but I digress. I have no complaints about the curing capability, it does that function very well. If thats all you are looking for this machine will do it fine. The wash function is the part of the machine that I have the most amount of trouble with. The wash function will work sometimes and other times it wont. It seems that the magnets that drive the motor are not powerful enough to get the motor to spin after some use. I have tried pulling this out and cleaning it and tighting the screw back up. Both are temporary fixes, and when I say temporary, I mean this isnt just regular maintenance. Some times it will stop rotating during the wash cycle or it simply will not start rotating. So it really only performs half of its job as intended. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this machine and currently cannot recommend their Mars 3 Either, as neither of these products have lasted even 9 months. The curing machine only worked properly for the first 3 months or so. With the Mars 3 malfunctioning this month. Really it is up to their customer service at this point if they are going to end up keeping me as a customer or not. Overall pretty disappointed.
