> 3 dayI’m very happy with Elegoo’s products so far. I have this and the Elegoo Mars 2 pro to make 3D prints. It’s nice the have the 2 in 1. I use the elegoo’s water washable resin to make the prints and then use the Mercury to clean and then use the UV setting to finish up and it’s super easy to use.

> 3 dayI opened the box and the first thing I notice is no manual, no protective film over the acrylic cover, no protective film over the LCD display. After opening the rest I see that the bracket to hold the build plate is missing, the glass turn table has a glob of resin on it and the washing container is completely coated with dried resin. So I thought maybe I bought a refurbished model, nope nowhere on the product description does it say used, and the invoice says new. I cant trust a company that tries to sell you a used product. They didnt even clean it up or make sure all the parts were there. Absolutely terrible.

> 3 dayIm sending back all ELEGOO products. I bought a Mars 2 Pro and the wrong product was sent. I had to spend $20 on a round trip to town to exchange it. When the printer finally came, there was a quality control issue. So instead of resin, I bought a Neptune 2 to try my luck with PLA. When it came in there was another quality control issue. I was on video chat with three different people for almost 8 hours of total troubleshooting. They all agreed its defective.

> 3 dayI have been resin printing for a couple of months now. I dislike the cleanup involved and have seen similar machines that were just too expensive. I think this one is definitely worth the $120 price tag. I personally would not pay more than that though. I mostly decided on this because I had been wanting a better washing/curing setup. I was looking at spending around $90 to copy a friends setup when I saw this. It just seemed easier. I use 70% IPA to clean my prints. I have noticed less residue on prints since using this machine. I think leftover residue was caused by my method of shaking and brushing which was just not long enough to reduce white residue. This machine has simplified that, I am able to increase the wash time by pushing a button. I have no complaints about the washing settings. The cure lights also work well. So what do I like about this machine? I think the price is good, (less would be better), results of cleaning are better than my old method, build quality is nice, and it easy to use. Now for things I do not like, which honestly have nothing to do with workflow or how easy the machine is to use, it really is a great machine. The buttons to switch between modes are really loud. Maybe there is a way to turn it down, I have not found that option though. The noise of the machine is not bad when running; however, when the fan starts to spin it makes a high-pitch noise that is really loud before reaching speed and quieting down. I really think for $120 they should have included a second container and one with a better quality lid. The lid works and does not leak, but it feels cheap when compared to the rest of what you get. I think if you are on the fence about investing in one of these and you do a ton of printing like me, just pick one up! You will not regret it.

> 3 daySo after a month of regular use say one print a day it started to make a loud noise could be the fan but Im not sure. The unit still washes and cures but it wakes up my kids next door. Im curious to see what else breaks down over the next month. If you can buy a different unit

> 3 dayI had purchased a Mercury Plus a little while back and was disappointed to find that one side of my lights had stopped working after the first few uses. I contacted Elegoo about the issue and they could not have been more helpful. They quickly sent out a replacement light bar without hesitation. Replacing the part was simple enough and before I knew it my Mercury Plus was back in action. The staff at Elegoo is incredible and dedicated to making (and keeping) their customers happy.

> 3 dayI use this unit with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and the spinning feature spins the alcohol and does a great job cleaning parts. I havent used the curing feature as I bought this for cleaning only, as I was using an Ultra Sonic Cleaner to clean my prints I must say for me this unit gets my prints much cleaner. Good unit, easy to use and set up. You will need a good amount of cleaning solution to get started.

> 3 daySetting something on the cleaner to be cleaned, then accidentally pushing start before changing the setting from UV mode is a very quick way to ruin all detail in your prints. Very annoying that this is the default setting, as simply spinning the tray when you mean to use the UV would only flip the items on the disc off the discs surface. Edit: The number of times Ive ruined prints by flashing the cleaning bath is enough for me to want to destroy the thing with a bat. F this machine.
