I tried this out as a hydration supplement during workouts and post workout and its a great recovery drink with that little kick of caffeine keep you going after killing it in the gym or post run (which I do). I bought the raspberry ice tea and the taste is great.

Product is great mixes well! I like that it’s not over powering with flavor. It’s got the right amount. Doesn’t have any gritty texture! Great product!

I really like the flavor and combination in this particular it’s a great blend of caffeine, theobromine (which comes from cacao), and green tea extract really helps shuttle the aminos where they need to go!

Another great product from EPN! I was using their BCAAs during my workouts for over a year and recently switched to this. Tastes just as great if not better (I purchased the mango), doesnt leave a chalky taste, and gives me the energy I need to get through my workouts/runs.
