I have tried essential amino acid before as post workout, but I didnt like it that much. But when I tried this EPN EAA, I was sold. This is the best pre/post workout product out there and a must try. Youll love this flavor!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the taste!!! Mango is my favorite! I have not used pre-workout in quite a few years after a bad experience with another brand. This helps give me energy during the workout and for the rest of the day after my 4 am workout. So glad I became an athlete for EPN!

Flavor is so good I have to stop myself from drinking it for fun. I have a hard time of getting a lot of my key nutrients from food because of how busy I usually am, so BCAA’s are a staple in my day to day, and it’s been a long time since I have one this good. Keeps my energized and feeling good all day

Im obsessed with this flavor. The peach is really really good as well, but Im addicted to this raspberry tea. It mixes really well, helps my recovery, and the small amount of caffeine is perfect for a little pick-me-up when you dont want a ton of caffeine.

The EAAs have a really good flavor that is not overwhelming. I have found them to be useful during workouts in combination with EPNs Hydracarb drink. An in depth study showed very positive results when combining EAAs and a carb during workouts. Reduced cortisol levels, reduced muscle loss, and improved muscle gains over the control group.

Overall this is an excellent product. Flavor is great and the powder dissolves nicely with water leaving a smooth mixture (I find some products that dont dissolve well difficult to drink). Highly recommend this supplement especially if you arent getting enough protein in your daily diet.

Happy with the product and packaging. No jitters, dissolves well. The “red fish” flavor tastes nothing like what the name implies. It’s sweet and tart, but has no specific discernible flavor. You will definitely not think “Swedish fish” when you try this. I think they should rename it. It’s not objectionable at all just not what I expected.

No complaints, I just started using this as my preworkout and it has enough caffeine to get me up and going. I was at the gym for over two hours and didn’t crash in that time. The taste as also good, I’d recommend it.

Love the Green Apple flavor! Another solid tasting product by EPN that blends well. Not only is it great for recovery but Ive been using it in the mornings to give me that little extra jolt! It doesnt disappoint!
