> 3 dayBigger than I thought but my husband doesnt seem to mind the size. This size would be too big for a small fridge. So I recommend ice packs. BUT, will definitely buy again - but I see this cooler lasting forever so probably wont need to buy another! Haha

> 3 dayBought for my boyfriend who is an iron worker. He works 12 hour days at different types of job sites, indoor/outdoor. He LOVES it!! It is large enough to pack plenty of food and snacks for his shifts and still has room to put other things he doesnt want to keep in his pockets or had no place for before; he says its perfect size, not too big and not too small. He loves the strap to carry it and it is very durable and very easy to clean. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayGet this model while you still can. I read that online, these units @Amazon are NOS (new old stock). The design has changed. A stupid port has been added, thru the RHS, to permit passthru of an Oxygen line - with the redesigned model (which costs more). Cabelas had the newer type available in-store @Dundee - and they had the port added in the top RHS of the lid. Same reason, to keep minnows alive. Well, its a cooler - thats what people want it for 99.9% of the time - so forget the (costly but included Oxygen pump) and inferiorly insulated newer type 19qt model, and buy the NOS directly from Amazon - while you still can. The NOS lacks the grommet bore, and the plastic plug, and the Oxygen pump, but is a superior product for a cooler - putting your mini-Playmate out in the garage sale heap. (also see the 13qt and and 30qt - same product revision) And beware, the 30qt is physically too large. Get yourself 1 or 2 of the NOS 13qt Engel units, and 1 19qt NOS Engle unit. Youll have all the capacity you need, in a modular approach, that neatly stacks in your broom closet, or on the shelves of your pantry. Just grab the size you need for the day/weekend/trip, and save your money (I took my $350 seafoam YETI Roadie, a 25qt model, back to ACO, which would not fit on the passenger seat floorboard of my roomy police interceptor). Who needs 7 to 10 days of ice capability. Really? Duh, just buy another bag of ice if needed - put the $300 saved back in your pocket.

> 3 dayIf you just plan to use this on a day trip, or will have access to someplace you can buy ice regularly while out this is great. It just doesnt hold ice for that long. After about 24 hours outside 3/4 of the ice was melted. Was hoping it would be better than that.

> 3 dayI use this for lunch at work. Purchased last Summer, handle was broke a few months ago. As much as they charge for these things you think they could use something other than cheap plastic handles and cheap plastic buckles. Lunch ended up on the sidewalk when walking into work after the plastic buckle broke in half. I suggest buying the similar Klein cooler.

> 3 dayI saw other coworkers using Englel boxes for their lunch and decided to get one its the best Ive ever had in the best I can find on the internet in the 13 to 19 qt size its the only one with a small handle and integrated flexible adjustable shoulder strap that I dont have to use with its with hinges and lid latches. Most other brands of all sizes have no latche, so if you tip it the lid opens and everything falls out.

> 3 dayI love this lunchbox. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because in the pictures, it shows a black handle. so I assumed it would come with a black handle and carry strap. It came with a white handle and carry strap which are going to be hard for a construction worker to keep clean looking.
