Exactly what we needed to get our guest house air conditioner up and running without having to pay over $1,000 for a technician to do it. The instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Received 3 days sooner than expected. Perfect fit. Was able to do a simple plug and use install for my fiend by using harness from old motor(carrier electric furnace) Good price. Didnt use or need tech support but the info provide with the motor was excellent. Im sure I will try this company for future products Three different furnace repair companies quoted them $450.00 without even seeing it. Fixed for under $225.00. How could they NOT be happy????? This was a plug and play replacement for my air handler motor in my 1.5 ton Rheem. Works great! My original motor was hooked to the T5 speed connector so I hooked this up the same and it blows alot harder than my original motor. Not sure if I can move it to the T4 and it will slow it down a little and will work in that mode or is the Inverter set up for the T5 only? It blows really hard. Buy very very happy so far.

OEM Payne 1/3 HP blower went out, A/C service tech diagnosed the issue quoted $1200 for the replacement from Carrier. Took a chance on this unit, its not listed as a direct replacement on Genteqs website. The only difference I found was that the shaft is an inch longer. The unit was easy to install and per the instructions upon startup it figures out which direction to spin. It works as it should all the connections in my case were the same, plug and play. I cant speak on reliability or longevity, but for the cost well worth it.
