FastCap PSSR16 16 FastPad Standard Reverse Measuring Tape

Im right handed and dyslexic and hold normal tape measures upside down for some reason. This is become my favorite tape measure! Theres even a pencil sharpener on it. The white face is good for stickers or sharpie art. Will buy again and again.

I was super excited for this tape for woodworking. If I’m in a hurry with my Stanley tape measure while reading Tape upside down, I’ve made a mark for a cut and cut items 1” too short. I’ve done this more than I’d like to admit... With this tape, I will (hopefully) never do this again. The bonus, which I didn’t realize when I made the purchase, it actually has a pencil sharpener built in. I use a mechanical pencil, but that’s a cool add. Similarly, there’s a button on the bottom of the tape that will stop it from retracting (as long as you hold it down) without using the “permanent” button on the front. As soon as you pull your finger off, it will retract; Great addition! The tape feels super smooth and feels like it’s very high quality. Time will tell, and I will update my review if things change.

The tongue really grips whatever youre measuring, regardless of how far you extend the tape, & ive never had an easier time making precise readings/ markings. This is my new go-to favourite measuring tape.

Ordered 3 more for around the house. These are great and super easy too read from either direction. Love it!

The markings on the tape seem fine but the hook on the end does not move properly so all the measurements are off. It may seem like a small amount but the point of buying this tool was that it is marked in 1/16 ths of an inch so when every measure is off by that amount or more it makes frustrating.

Im a leftie and I love this tape measure. The quality is slightly below that of my Stanley Maglocks, but the read-from-both-directions feature has made this one of my favorite tape measures.

Great tape measure. Easy to read, nice pencil sharpener, and has a little sketch pad. Excellent for the price. I love it and use it the most now over all the other tape measures I have! I will be replacing my other various sizes with these tape measures!

I got this because I’m a lefty and I always have to read the tape upside when marking my cuts. With this tape it made it super easy to get accurate cuts and I can read the tape from either side.

Great tape, really comfortable that you can read on both directions.
