> 3 dayScrew is fine, but you need to pre-drill hole. Also, the head is Not a Torx head. Just what i needed, another screw bit head to carry around. Dumb.

> 3 dayMuch nicer looking than old-school lag bolts that tend to snap. Made installing a set of exterior steps much easier. Would purchase again

> 3 dayBuilt some outdoor benches that are going to take a beating. These are torx head screws (my favorite kind of drive) with an oddball size driver. Luckily a quality driver bit is included in the box. These babies bit down and drove home solidly. The larger than normal heads act as a washer to help keep joints tight. If you have a project that is going to take a lot of racking and stress I recommend these.

> 3 daySomething different as the (same) ones bought a few months back in the box store, also slightly different packaging. The finish is rougher, and they dont go into wood as easily. To me it appears as is some corners have been cut.

> 3 dayJoined 4x4s with these. No predrilling needed. Used my Ryobi drill, barely sufficient. Awesome... if only they were cheaper!

> 3 dayThese used to be my favorite fasteners for wood projects. Very good. Easy to drive, nice mostly flat head. However I have found other fasteners I like better that are cheaper. (spax)

> 3 dayGreat fasteners. Found on Amazon and used for various heavy weight mounting projects. You can read the tech specs on the box, but I used two of these into a stud to hold 100Lbs+ of bumper plates to the wall. Includes the special bit. Drives in easy, looks clean, and the head is wide enough you probably wont need a washer.
