Ive used this salt for years now, it is very fine and has a great flavor profile. I would highly recommend it.

I bought it for the benefits that the minerals have but I guess you can’t really say if it works or not, I’ll just trust it does haha

I recently did some research on the importance of having the essential minerals in water that are usually filtered out when using typical water filters on the market. I looked everywhere trying to find ways and products to remineralize my drinking water, and settled on using Celtic salt since it is more cost-efficient than using something like trace mineral drops. I use about a teaspoon and mix it in with filtered water; ever since I started using this I find myself not chugging so much water that it makes me sick. I actually feel more hydrated now and have noticed such as difference. My skin has started to clear up, I have been experiencing fewer headaches, and best of all I finally enjoy the taste of my water again instead of the awful metallic taste from my tap water or even the taste of generic filtered water. I have been consistently using this bag for almost a month and have barely made a dent so I know this is going to last me a long time. Highly recommend you give this stuff a try!

I take a large bottle of water to work and drink it. I’m constantly thirsty and I’m constantly drinking water. I needed to do something so I sent away for expensive mineral drops yes they worked but I needed something I could afford BUT WORKS I tried this I put a few sprinkles in my water before I go to work I’m no longer thirsty at work my bottle of water last my whole shift. My electrolytes are fine now. Very happy with my results & purchase.

This salt is great! I add it to my water for extra minerals and nutrients. I also add to my food and cooking!

This salt tastes really good. I use it in my water to stay hydrated. I prefer this salt over all the others I have tried. Makes food taste better.
