Greater than one weekIm not a chemist and have been out of school so long I barely remember nacl. But it tastes great. I like sea salt because everyone I cook for has HBP and needs to cut back on sodium.

Greater than one weekThis salt is fabulous!! A little goes a long way, especially the gray salt!! I doubt I will use table salt again. It is expensive but you use so much less and the sodium level so much lower than regular salt. Give it a try!!

> 3 dayI cant believe it — something thats better for me — but without sacrificing flavor! I think its the only healthier alternative anything, that was just as good as the thing it replaced. I put some in an empty spice bottle and I shake it on everything I would have put regular Morton table salt on. I salt my meals, I salt my corn on the cob, I salt my coffee (yes, you heard that right.. I add a little salt to my coffee), and anything else that needs salt — and have not noticed one iota of difference. The crystals are bigger, but I can live with that.
