Greater than one weekThese work fine and fit the test leads that come with the Fluke 116 meter. Even though they are threaded they slide onto the 116s non-threaded leads and stay secure enough.

Greater than one weekWorks just fine on small wires, you may have to work it a little to get readings.

> 3 dayI got into a Fluke 179 this year, after my old Micronta from my school days finally gave up the ghost, at least as far as the ohmmeter goes. The Electronics Combo kit only had the fine-pointed probes like might be good for plugging into a breadboard, and also the clip-leads like you could use on the various leads youd find in a discrete circuit, but I grew up measuring as well with alligators, so I thought this to be the thing to add to the tote bag.

> 3 dayAs usual Fluke products are high quality. Had to replace these test lead clips after 12 years because I lost one! The other was working perfectly . This after knocking around my too bag in its case forever. The meter is still prefect. Calibrates every time. Great products.

> 3 dayI am a bit surprised at how wide these monsters open. These things are really sturdy. The joints dont wobble at all, the springs are really strong, and they have differing kinds of teeth at different areas.

> 3 dayThe AC173 Extended Tooth Alligator Clips are ok. The build quality is good but they only have two teeth on the top and bottom on the very tip, no teeth on the sides like the AC175 THREADED Alligator Clip. On the end of these clips are a female banana-clip, you will need test leads with a male banana-clip end like the TL224 or TL221 test leads.
