The cord is long and the controls are straightforward and uncomplicated. Its a good size with a cozy cover. Id not seen a washable heating pad before, but this one is washable (although Ive not washed it yet.

Fits the body nicely and like that it has an automatic shutoff.

It covers my entire stomach which is what I wanted and it does its job. The only thing is that itll heat up and then go cool. The heat doesnt last as long as I would want but its still comfortable. One day I was using it at my desk and set it down so I could get a snack between games. I come back and my cat looked so comfortable and cute laying on it. Safe to say its cat approved and now belongs to her on cold nights.

I was hoping it get hotter on the highest setting but being able to set the heat is cool. The pad is soft.

I love this pad and everything about it: the size, the temperature control that has automatic shut off after 2 hours, and the massage balls which can operate with or without the heat. Cons: massage balls are too big which makes the massage uncomfortable. Don’t think it is washable.

After having an issue with the first heating pad we received the company reached out wanting to fix the issue and quickly send a replacement. We purchase a lot of heating pads and this by far has been the best customer service we have seen. Will definitely be ordering again.

This heating pad works good. Being the first heating pad Ive ever owned, it may be comparable to other brands, but Low seems a bit too low, and High is almost too hot. The large, rectangular size is perfect, it has a long cord, and I love the auto off, two-hour limit feature(nice when napping or sleeping). Recommended.
