Terrible. Poorly written English instructions--needs severe editing to make sense. Product is not compatible with your wifi if you have 5Ghz band. Wanted to return this product but the window has closed says Amazon. Boooo.

These worked but had to download an app to get them to work. Not such and easy set up. But they do work fine.

I tried but couldn’t get these to connect.

Once its set up, they work as expected. The set up was quick and simple, and once I connected the account to Alexa I have the option of the app or voice command.

The product itself is good, works as described and is easy to install. The problem is in the app!! They had a bright idea to push their products on you via this annoying banner that takes over your app and wont let you do anything until it finally loads 3 seconds or more at times later. So if you get on to turn off your kids light for example you will have to sit through the stupid advertising until you click on the X to close it up and its not just once daily or so its almost every time you open the app!!

These things turn any device that plugs into the wall into a smart device! I can turn on my fan, tv, lights, whatever without getting up anymore. Life is good.

Overall I like these plugs but every time the power goes out, afterwards they no longer work with Google home. They show up in the app and you can control them from there, but you basically have to set them up all over again to get them working correctly. That means getting back to the hard to reach plugs which kind of defeats the purpose in my mind. I want to set them up and be done. I dont have to set up anything else repeatedly every time the power flashes.

This product is as good as the manufacturer said it was. I guess I dont understand the process of making a mini plug. My only detraction from a five star review is it is bigger than I hoped it would be. I modified the electric plug connection to it and everything works perfectly. To be fair, the space the mini plug is in probably wasnt designed for any such device. If youre looking for a smart WiFi plug thats easy to setup and control with Alexa this should fit your need.

Learned after I bought it doesn’t work on 5g wifo, which is apparently what I have. Totally useless to me

Had to return. Would never sync with Alexa.
