This my second purchase of these they are easy to set up and are great for turning on lamps and devices when not at home.

Tried everything and couldn’t set up the sockets. You have to download their app (which I don’t like) but I did because I really wanted these to work to control my Christmas lights. No matter what I did I couldn’t get them to link up with the app, my wifi and Alexa. Nothing worked. I am disappointed. It did not work seamlessly for me and I will opt for a brand that doesn’t need another app to work and one that will integrate easy with Alexa.

Once you connect them, the hard part is done. We used the app to connect them and use other apps to actually control the automation, etc. It’s…fine. Gets the job done.

Overall I like these plugs but every time the power goes out, afterwards they no longer work with Google home. They show up in the app and you can control them from there, but you basically have to set them up all over again to get them working correctly. That means getting back to the hard to reach plugs which kind of defeats the purpose in my mind. I want to set them up and be done. I dont have to set up anything else repeatedly every time the power flashes.

Had to return could not get plugs to sync never able to use.

You have to download a crappy app to get this to work and the app would not work so we returned this and ordered ones that were a bit more expensive but integrate easy with Alexa

Bought these to start making my house smarter (than me!) and now I find I need to order more. Had installed ceiling mounted rope lights after putting in a ceiling outlet for the TV. Seeing that I would have to figure out a way to turn the lights on and off, I decided to try these rather than but a remote operated switch with yet another remote control to lose. Its so easy now to say, Alexa, lanai lights on and poof they turn on. Ditto for turning them off. Now I have them spread around the house. Good value for the price.

I love this brand. Way better than my Kasa plug. Got rid of that one and will keep Gosund.

Got it, but read the agreement, you give up any identification means to china. ss, accounts, all health issues, etc. Any means of id , stated, and all health records, besides pictures etc. Constant location. So have not tried to use , cannot say how they work.

The product itself is good, works as described and is easy to install. The problem is in the app!! They had a bright idea to push their products on you via this annoying banner that takes over your app and wont let you do anything until it finally loads 3 seconds or more at times later. So if you get on to turn off your kids light for example you will have to sit through the stupid advertising until you click on the X to close it up and its not just once daily or so its almost every time you open the app!!
