> 3 dayWow! This stuff sticks! As a first time user, it was a massive education. The previous owner of my car had sealed the sunroof shut. But the seal was old enough, it was leaking again anyway. And since it was sealed shut, I couldnt get to the drain holes to clean them out. Nobody professional would touch it with a 10 foot pole, so I was left with the most drastic of measures. To seal it this way. Even though I measured everything 3 to 4 times, it still came out with a few surprises when trying to put it on. But even cutting some of it on the fly, and also a tiny bit of overlapping when I specifically didnt want to do that, much to everyones surprise it looks shockingly good. Just know these things first: 1. Once you stick a small piece down, its NEVER coming up again. 2. There is a tiny bit of adhesive around the outside of the tape. If that gets on your car, the glue is there for life so be careful. 3. Tuck the extra adhesive under the tape as best you can, or it will be visible forever. I used a steel ruler edge for this in the few places it was showing. 4. The tape stretches. This can be an advantage or disadvantage, depending upon how you use it. Knowing ahead of time would have helped. 5. The wrinkles in the tape cannot be pressed or rollered out. So avoid using those pieces at all cost. Even if it means buying an additional roll. Trust me. Its worth it. 6. To clean the adhesive off your scissors and/or exactoknife, use nail polish remover. 7. Since this is permanent, choose something to trace rounded corners for you to cut evenly. It looks so much nicer, and is worth the extra effort. 8. It was used on a trailer over in high desert country where it gets WAY hotter and WAY colder than it does here, and that was 20 years ago. Its still doing just fine over there. So the promise of UV protection, and hot/cold resistance they claim is no joke. Hope all this helps. By the way, girls... Im a girl and I managed to do this all by myself with an audience of men just standing around watching for amusement. So put on a trashy t-shirt, some fun music, and show em we arent completely helpless after all. You can do it!

> 3 dayI purchased this tape to mend my black vinyl banner that I use for my business. The grommets had ripped out and the corners were torn badly. I put this tape on the corners, installed new grommets and my banner looks new again. It is very strong and I feel that it’s going to stand up to the job & not rip loose. This tape is VERY sticky and adheres permanently, so put it on carefully. I’m very happy that I won’t be needing to spend a lot of money on a new banner.

> 3 dayI used this tape to repair the bed cover of my truck. I tried to do the repair with other tape but they all failed including flexi tape. Take a little care for a better chance at success. I first brought the cover inside to be in a warm dry place. I cleaned the area with alcohol. I waited a day to let the cover reach room temperature. The tape should also be at the same temperature. I cut a length of tape and rounded the corners. Then I carefully applied the tape. I left the taped cover in the warm space for a couple of days to let the adhesive cure and bond.

> 3 dayThis works underwater and is just as effective as a vinyl patch. If you want something quick and inexpensive to fix a hole in your vinyl above ground pool liner this is your ticket.

> 3 dayI tried another type of tape to seal my daughters cars sunroof that was leaking and that one came right off, this tape stuck on and seems very hard to pull off which is good. Its also 4 inches wide so it covers a lot of space if you need it to. I agree with the other reviews that maybe theres not a lot of tape on the roll but it was enough for what I needed to do. I shot the water hose over it about an hour after and dont see any leaks. Thats my story, best of luck everyone.

> 3 dayIt seems to work, but not instantly. That’s the Pro part. The con is that once you have a piece off, not an easy task in itself, you will fight to pick up an edge of the plastic that you must peel off. It is devilishly sticky and will certainly spread to nearby skin and perhaps clothing.
