At nearly the one year of ownership mark, all 4 plugs stopped working. Nothing has changed with my WiFi settings, placement of plugs, etc. They just will not work no matter what I do to re-pair them. Warranty claim submitted...lets see if this manufacturer will replace under their terms and conditions. Ill update when I hear back. UPDATE: Well, Ill give them a ton of credit. They got back to me very quickly. Their response... My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Our tech team found the IoT Services have been down, affecting all Wi-Fi-related app features. As a result, your devices might not be working correctly. At this moment, we are working diligently to fix the issue. Once there is any up-date, we will let you know through our forum or notice in the APP. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If theres a problem as stated, why not notify me in the app, too? Just a thought, of course... They fixed the problem but Im dismayed at the communication. They have a hidden message board in the app that controls these plugs. Thats where the outage was divulged. I would think that would be a banner in the app, something more apparent.

Love these smart switches. I have one on the TV/Nintendo switch that is only on for the hours my husband is home, and another in my boys room that turns their night lights on at bedtime and turns them off a few hours later. Super easy to set up. A little unsure of the company itself and having an app on my phone, but overall choosing convenience at this point.

I purchased these so that my lamps can automatically turn on when I get home and shut off when I go to bed. It works exactly how I wanted. Setting it up was very easy and controlling the outlet is a breeze. You can even control when not connected to your home wifi.

First of all, the Govee app is very simple and easy to use. The outlets found the Wifi my phone was on and connected quickly as well. I like how you can turn on/off each plug manually or from your phone, and set timers for any day of the week for each individual side--thats right, each plug has its own setup and you can name it in the app. The indicator lights on the plugs also let you know if it has power or not. Highly recommended.

I just got this set of 4 double plugs. Awesome product! Great great connectivity with the app and integration into Alexa. Each side of the plug works independently or together. They can be controlled using the app or the buttons on the side of the plugs. The setup was super simple. Please make note of step 4... It wasnt in my instructions. 1) Download the Govee app 2) Plug und Dual Smart Plug into an outlet 3) Open the app and click the + in the top right corner **4) Tap on Home Improvement icon on the left, then you will be able to select the Dual Smart Plug. 5) Next follow the on screen prompts to finish the Smart Plug install. Once installed, you can label the whole Smart Plug and each individual Outlet separately. You can then group everything by individual Outlet, set timers, and automate tasks. Its also compatible with Alexa once you have enabled the skill in Alexa. The app pretty much does it for you once you click on it. Super convenient. I would definitely recommend purchasing these if youre looking for some good Smart Plugs! Im very impressed with the product and happy with the overall performance.

These units are easy to set up and operate from their app on your phone. I purchased 8 of these and they all worked perfectly and have been working for about 2 months now without issue. I look forward to purchasing more Govee products. I dont use Alexa so I couldnt rate them for that.

I purchased this outlet for my bearded dragon vivarium lights, so far it’s done it’s job with the time settings! I have one outlet for the air purifier that’s stays all day everyday and the other for my beardie. It took me a minute to figure out the time settings or how to use the govee app. Great for reptile use, or just your daily use
