The insulation isnt the best, but overall this is great flexible 10 AWG wire at super discount pricing. If I wanted better I would have spent more, but for the job Im using it for, its fine. I wouldnt place it outdoor in the sunlight for years and not expect it to break down, so permanent solar installations probably arent the best idea. But great for lots of other automotive, low voltage applications, Id even use it for temporary/portable solar setups.
