Greater than one weekHas become my favorite mug, so comfortable to use. Sad I can’t use it for boiling water, just put my tea over ice and throw it in here. Do NOT put boiling water in poly propylene. Less than ideal for camping since you can’t cook with it.

Greater than one weekI like this mug for the many good reasons others mentioned. I like it and GSI even more after they sent me a couple of lid seals when mine rolled off and I lost it. Excellent customer service for a product that is already affordable. I just reached out to them via their website and they responded superbly. Im pleased with other GSI products as well.

Greater than one weekFlimsy, awkward handle, which I dont use. Cozy protects hands from scalding and holds heat for reasonably expected period of time. Its better than a metal cup for backpacking.

Greater than one weekGreat mug, really, but the drink lid/mug lip combination constantly causes me to spill on myself as I drink. Maybe I’m inept. Anybody else have this issue?

> 3 dayThese cups are intended for lightweight and portable convenience. They hit that mark wonderfully. The size is perfect; the neoprene sleeve is surprisingly effective; the lid is nicely constructed. Easy to clean, stylish for what they are. Its easy to miss, but they do have measurements marked on the inside of the cup. Remove the neoprene sleeve, and viola! Be realistic. Its not double-wall, vacuum-sealed steel construction. Its not a screw-on lid with locking spout. It will not retain heat for hours. If you drop it or it builds up pressure, it will come loose. If those are your expectations, youre looking at the wrong cup. After using it for several backpacking trips, I bought 2 more to put in the camper.

> 3 dayIve decided to stop using freezer bags for cooking when backpacking. This means I have to soak my meal in the cup that I usually drink tea/coffee from. This mug fits the bill, its light weight and is just the right size for a generous serving of tea. I had no issues with it leaking whatsever. Nice mug!

> 3 dayThis goes great with my GSI brand cook pot which is 20oz size, and fits nicely with the sleeve. I am focusing on that for my review because thats why I bought this is that it ls light weight, and can nest.

> 3 dayI have several of these scattered around in packs and such. These make good backpacking/camping cups for my coffee and soup along with my MSR windburner.

> 3 dayI use this for backpacking.. This mug is very lightweight. It keeps my morning coffee warm as I use my cook pot for my meal. I was looking for a cup that was not metal so it wouldnt bun my mouth.
