It was thoughtfully designed to carry your unopened glass vial your nitro medication ( .4 MG / 25 Tablet ) is dispensed in from your pharmacist. BE AWARE NITRO MEDICATION ( AS PER LABEL ON GLASS VIAL ) IS TO BE KEPT IN UNOPENED VIAL UNTIL NEEDED. Great job GUS ! Quality product made in the U.S.A !

Perfect size for nitro.. no issues

Fine craftsmanship. It really is that old fashion Made in USA quality. You can feel it and appreciate how well put together it is and how solid it is, My nitro bottle fit in perfectly, Kudos to GUS company and heres hoping they thrive for a long, long time.

I was originally looking for a smaller fob to carry a few nitroglycerin pills around my neck. I then came to understand the nitro pills degrade and need to be replaced in 5-6 months once the original bottle has been opened. This fob is large enough to carry the entire unopened bottle of pills thereby extending the life of the pills assuming I dont need to open the bottle. With an added small carabiner, it clips to a belt loop nicely. My package arrived a day or two before it was expected which was also a plus.

Looks really good on the website but my nitroglycerin bottle it comes in won’t even come close to fitting inside it. Totally useless

Nitroglycerin pill bottle wont fit, cannot screw lid on all the way

Feels very rugged and durable. BUT, it unscrews by itself and my husbands nitro falls to the ground. He has to tape it shut to keep the contents from falling out. Otherwise its great- exactly the right size for his bottle of nitro. I am not worried any more that the glass bottle will break in his picket. He keeps this on his key ring so the nitro is always at-hand. The only improvement would be to somehow lock the cap in place so it cant unscrew on its own.

Bought to hold my Nitrostat bottle. The Gus is very well made. Attention to detail is appreciated. I’m wearing it on my chain around my neck. May switch to carabiner on pants loop but for now it’s not bothering me at all on my neck chain.
