Hakko 611-2 Dual Solder Reel Stand, Black

Great product!

Even if you dont have a dedicated workspace (which I dont) this is great. I have my clean and no-clean reels on here. It has a handle so I can easily lift it from its storage space and carry it to my workspace. It has a rubber base so it doesnt move around. Just perfect. Instructions for assembly were pictorial and easy to follow.

Our rework techs love these. If you use different solder types, these help keep the work surface neat and organized. Solder is easy to pull from the holder. We ordered more after original order

easy to use, perfect for switching between solder for through-hole and Surface mount. Solder rolls off easily and does not overshoot when pulled.

Nice product, the base is nice and heavy and doesnt slide around, its very well constructed but from time to time my solder wire feed will get stuck between the side of the spool and the inner wall of the holder, and I have to stop my soldering project and re-roll the excess solder line back onto the spool. Perhaps large plastic spacer washers to take up the gap would prevent this problem or if they would have constructed the unit to properly fit a full size solder spool.

I found this to be a convenient way to keep both sizes of solder I use available. Easy to assemble and use.
