Installed in a lightweight drop ceiling and these worked great. Easy to connect to existing electrical and love that they mount using 2 spring arms inside the ceiling. Made it super easy to install without having to install more electrical boxes or anything. Also really like that you can adjust the brightness to get the light just the way you like it. Highly recommend!

These lights are so awesome. Listen, I’m an idiot. My basement renovation was nothing short of a comedy as I fumbled my way around each new stage. But these lights made me look like some sort of electrical rockstar. So easy to install and they look incredible in my drop ceiling. Get these and make your family think you know what you’re doing.

Easily selectable light temp switch on the transformer box and uses the high quality Halo quick connectors and knockouts if you are familiar with their products. Ordered cheap no name knockoffs along along with these and there was a fair amount of difference in quality. Cheap lights boxes bend when removing metallic knockouts, all plastic back on light instead of metal. The Halos are much pricier but as they say you get what you pay for.

I had commercial electric lights before, and while they were lower quality they did have some minor things I really liked.

I bought 5 of these for a living room remodel from a big box store, but found them on amazon for less after the fact. Will buy for the rest of the house from amazon.

Ease of installation. Quality of light great.

Very good light, easy to install. Because it is a recessed light it casts light pretty straight down. If you want more flare, the flat install would be better but not as fancy.

One out of the 4 lights we ordered started flickering. It was too late to return it, even though it was only a couple months, so we had to purchase another light. We also had to pay an electrician to come out again.

The brightness on these is nice and its great that you can adjust the color temperature. Small rim though on these lights are a complete deal breaker though. With the provided template you only have about an 1/8th inch tolerance going outside the line before it won’t be covered by the rim of the light. If the drywall gets even a tiny chip while cutting the hole it will be visible after installation.

One light in the pack was defective. I never contacted the seller as I had already installed the ones that worked and could not return the pack. Other than that they are a good product and very satisfied.
