14-06-2025Years ago, I had a TV mounted on the wall in my bedroom. It is a monster and would have held a tank--except the holes in my new Smart TV (42 Samsung) didnt line up right. I tried a lot of things to make it work, but quickly came to the conclusion I needed a different hanger (the old one weighed 13 pounds). Amazon had so many to choose from I was having difficulty until I saw this Hangman No Stud model. With prime, it arrived quickly and I (me, 74 year old grandma) had it up on the wall in less than 10 minutes. The only help I needed was a grandaughters who helped me lift it onto the hanging rack which placed the TV perfectly over the dresser, 1 inch from the wall. My TV doesnt weight the 80 pound limit discussed in the description, but I still needed a helping hand to get it over the dresser (Im 5 tall, used to be 52!). Other than that, couldnt have been easier! No, I cant swing it out from the wall and watch from different angles, but I never intended to. This is a GREAT product, both for ease of installation and price.

> 3 dayThis was so easy to install I did it by myself in less than 10 minutes and all you need is a hammer And a Phillips head screw driver. It comes with a small level that attaches into the mount piece so you can easily get it leveled when you go to nail it into the wall which was seriously genius on the makers part of you ask me . I hung my small lightweight flat screen on my apartment bedroom wall and it’s been awesome. It should be compatible with any smart TV as it comes with the various screw styles to attach the mounting piece to your tv. Definitely would buy again and recommend to my friends and family.

> 3 dayThey sell this at Walmart as well, which is where I originally bought this tv mount and decided to buy another one via amazon (Same price). I’m just mad that I have spent $150+ to have someone mount a tv before! I wished I knew about this then! It’s super easy! However, for my 55” tv, it was hard to screw in the wire down the middle, because you have to hang tv then tilt up and there wasn’t much space to drill. Tv pictured is a smaller tv so you can see where I drilled the wire in the wall (I think it’s a 45”?) Note that the middle hole to hammer the nails is NOT centered. I realized that after I hung the first TV (although it wasn’t off by much). For the second tv (pictured) I just measured the piece and used a pencil to mark the actual center by the nail holes on the mount. Can’t beat the price!

> 3 daySo I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I installed this myself, it was super easy it took maybe not even ten minutes to put up and I was so surprised by how sturdy it is holding up. I have a Toshiba 32 inch fire tv and it just fit perfectly. I did use all the nails because I am super cautious I think I could’ve gone ahead and used half of them. But I’m so happy with this purchase! I had previously bought another mount to use that couldn’t be used on drywall alone and the studs were too far apart and it just wasn’t going to work, so this definitely saved me time and stress

> 3 dayWow, I never even knew you could mount a TV without having to find studs, and drill holes. And then one day, I saw someone show this in a YouTube video, and my life was forever changed! I bought this, hung my 42 TV in less than 10 minutes with absolutely no problems at all! Its the best TV mount for people who rent and still want their TV mounted. I would definitely recommend this product, its amazing!!!!

> 3 dayThis thing actually works! I needed to put up my 45 screen. Its an old thing so its quite heavy. I didnt have instructions, but I was able to figure it out....then i found the instructions afterwards LOL. Its simple and straightforward to use. The idea is it works like those non-stud picture hangers. Each small nail can hold 10lbs, and it comes with about 18 nail holes. I didnt realize this (didnt have the manual), so I nailed all 18 nails in. Its been about a month and the TV is still on the wall.

> 3 dayI have purchased 4 of these for my home. My home is older, so the studs are not always where I need them. This mount is incredibly strong and has a level built in to ensure that it is as it needs to be. Now the hardest part of mounting a TV is getting in centered in the location I want it. THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!!

> 3 dayThe only thing which was a bit difficult was installing the nail in the string which goes behind the tv.

Greater than one weekThis works really well. Ive failed to hang several shelves but i was able to get this hung and set up in about 20 minutes. 2 notes are be careful with the nails, they can bend if youre not careful, luciliy theres should be a few extras if they bend too much. Note 2 is check that your house is actually level. My tv is level, but my house isnt so it looks crooked.
