> 3 dayExpensive but well worth it. Flows like water. Used on new R410 A/C install. Use flux sparingly and copper must be clean. Should be sold in smaller quantities.

> 3 dayI was skeptical that a solder could be strong enough to hold up to 300+psi of r410a, but heard good things so I gave it a try. Ive used it on several residential AC installs and it has been flawless, less leaks than brazing and wayyyy faster than brazing. You have to use Emory cloth and/or wire brush to clean the fitting very well and use less flux than you normally would with plumbing solder, just make sure to use flux on the male fitting at least. It has been a complete game changer. Instead of hauling around a heavy ass welding rig, I can just carry a 5 pound map gas torch and get it all done fast! I will be sticking with this if all proves leak free in the long term.

Greater than one weekEz to use, hard to find videos on This but they are outhere. Take a couple of practice pipes before you do the job, the most common mistake is overheating. Soldered all my repair on the ac no leaks, vacuumed the system and hold without loss for one hr. I love it, will buy again when I need it.

> 3 dayOk...you are supposed to Braze using an N2 purge to prevent the contaminants inside the lines. No longer a problem. This melts at a much lower point yet yields a stronger connection without the annealing of the copper lines so they dont get soft. Watch a few vids before attempting. Try out on a few joints before tackling your ac lines. Not exactly the same as sweating with standard solder but close. Worked like a champ and my Heat Pump is working great. no N2 required. No oxy/acetylene. Just Mapp gas required

Greater than one weekTHis is a great combination. The Solder flows really nicely - heat it gently, and dont get the flux too hot. It works great with a Propane torch, just take your time. I really like this. I use Hard solder and MAPP Gas for material that will stand a Glowing Red heat, but this stuff works great at temperatures just a bit higher than lead solder.

> 3 dayIf you dont want to mess with oxy-acetylene on copper connections then this is the kit to have on hand. You can find all kinds of positive reviews and uses of this in HVAC connections as well as potable water because its lead free. No need to flow nitrogen because it can be used with Mapp gas. Very happy.
