Havels Ultra Pro Seam Ripper Replacement Blades, 18906 , 6 Pieces Per Pack

I use this product a lot, mostly for ripping out seams, but it has multiple uses. I cannot imagine a better product than this!

These are VERY sharp!! It is great to be able to change a blade in my favorite unsewer.

I rated this product low because I did not receive all three packages of blades. Only received 2 and they were shipped separately about two weeks apart. Not a big deal…but still have not received the third package and the first was delivered the first week of December. Still waiting. Product is good. Love the blades. Just not the vendor or service. UPDATE: Order was sent in two different shipments with no notification. Order was finally received several days apart...just received separately.

This tool and it is a tool and not some plastic light weight gadget is wonderful. You will never go back to using a pointy thing that snags your fabric. If you have ever tried to correct a serged seam, ripping those stitches is a pain. This ripper did it easy peasy. I will order another one to keep in my hand sewing basket.

Great replacement blades. Just be careful when replacing them. Mine were a little tricky getting them over the post, but very, very sharp.

So happy I found this seem ripper. These blades have saved so much time when I am having to take out long sections with a regular seem ripper you spend so much time trying to get the threads out and even then you have to cut every few stitches not with these blades and you can fit the blades in between the layers and your done. Will definitely recommend these seem rippers

Seamstress for 40+ years, here. Havels scalpel seam ripper is far and away the best I have used, and I have used every seam ripper on the market. I own 3 Havels rippers, one next to each of my sewing machines. The replacement blades are honed razor sharp all the way to the tip and slice precisely through all seams--even jeans--as through hot butter.
