Hippo Sak Handle Trash Bag, with Power Strip, 13 Gallon Tall Kitchen, 90 Count

After being fed up with leaking trash bags from Glad and Hefty, I went to Amazon to find something better. Then I stumbled across the Hippo Sak. Ive been using these trash bags for a couple of years now and couldnt imagine using a different trash bag! Its extremely rare for these bags to leak and if they do, its very minimal. Im a customer for life!

I love these trash bags! The handles don’t hurt your hands like those little thin strings do. They are very strong and just overall great trash bag. I only use these now!

You can fill this to max without busting. Tough bag, absolutely a fan.

I tried this brand of bags a while back, and liked them but they ripped out occasionally. I decided to give them another try after being improved. Happily, they seem to be holding up MUCH better now... as promised. Time will tell I suppose, but for now, they are as good as they guaranteed 2 years ago. Im happy with the progress; or as happy as garbage sacks can make me anyway LOL!

we thought they were more biodegradable than what they are but at least theyre made from recycled material. the bags are very sturdy and I love the handles that come on them. theyre really easy to lift out of the trash can and easy to tie off. they stand up well when waiting to be taken out by the door and the smell is contained pretty well within them. good bags and they last a while!

These bags are really great! I cant believe that Ive wasted so much money on the Glad brand for as long as I can remember - the ones that have 2 handles just like these. Except, they are more expensive and not as strong. Plus, they werent always available. We go through a lot of trash around here. Plus, were finishing some big projects and went through a ton of trash bags. They hold a lot and stretch nicely without splitting. I hate those ones that have little tabs at the top and youre supposed to tie those? Its so much easier with the handle ones. Thank you!

These bags are great. Built in handles, they hold a lot of weight, no breakage!

These are some kind of awesome kitchen trash bags! I searched for alternatives to what I believe are less-than-good products now in the stores, the big name brands - they are too short in length for regular, tall kitchen trash cans, and they are getting thinner all the time. Just because they stretch doesnt mean a thing if the bag is 5-6 shorter in length than the can. Read several good reviews on the product, and at the price, just couldnt resist when compared to the outrageous price one pays even in the big box discount stores. They feel like true 9mm bags or more - like used to be able to find years ago. They are long - fit all the way down into the can. I stuff mine full, and have yet to have even the smallest tear or puncture when tossing them around, dragging them to the trash can. The tops fit snugly around the can, they do NOT slide down into the can when near full, and even when near full, I will tug on them a bit upward while shaking the trash down, and they still hold even more trash!!! no leaks, either in the can, or when pull them out and place them aside to put in another bag. PLUS THEY COST LESS than the big-name brands!!!!! What a no brainer!!! I will indeed buy them again when I run out, but that wont be for awhile b/c each bag lasts a whole lot longer b/c it holds more! Oops, guess I best buy a spare box in case cant get them a year or so from now, huh? This is truly an excellent product at a very fair price. Totally recommend this product, and would even recommend if it was the same price or slightly more than the big name brands. The garbage bags are excellent but it took way too long to get them.
