I bought this to have on hand when my other one ran out. I put it in and my printer wont work at all. It says out of ink. 30 bucks. I hate wasting money.

Have used the ink cartridges for years and have never been disappointed.

Installed on January 30, 2019. Has stopped printing in red - meaning the magenta primary color is not mixing with the other color to produce red. Printer diagnostic sheets shows only Cyan, Yellow and Black. I tried various printer suggestions for cleaning the printer heads, etc. Nothing changed. This is correct size but this particular cartridge did not work. It was too late to return it so I guess I lost the money Not happy had to order a new one but the new one worked

this product is awful. It ran out of ink after probably 10 pages. I sure would like my money back. I dont know whats up with this. But its not what it says it is.

Bought an HP printer a few months ago, noticed I go through a lot of this ink- but thought maybe I was printing more than I realized. Today I installed a new cartridge at the start of my printing job and at page 45 I got a low ink message, and by page 48 I had to toss the last 3 pages that printed as they were missing tons of ink. $25 ink for 45 pages is INSANE!!

Packaging was great and the ink was also not dry!
