Good ink but way too expensive no matter where you buy it.

I finally remembered to buy the XL version of my ink cartridges. In the past Ive purchased locally and the regular cartridges have been cheaper. Now I realize why! They do NOT last as long as this version. Very happy with this ink and it lasts through quite a bit of printing.

I suggest looking for another manufacturer if you are looking for a printer. Do not waste your money trying to replace any HP cartridges or your time trying to upgrade their firmware. When HP changed to these zone cartridges my 2 year old HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 stopped working. I tried to replace the cartridges from Amazon which failed to work. They I tried to purchase them directly from HP which also FAILED TO WORK. Every cartridge produced the same message: Incompatible Ink Cartridge. I used their virtual assistant in an effort to upgrade their firmware. After 3 hours of frustration and no solution, I called their Tech Support. Their recommendation was to send me another replacement cartridge to see if it would work in my printer. After I explained Ive tried these replacements, they indicated they could give me a discount on a new printer. I HAVE NO FAITH THESE CARTRIDGES WILL WORK IN A NEW PRINTER, so I am not going to waste any more of my time or money with this company. I will purchase a much cheaper printer from a different manufacturer as a replacement so I will not be out the money if it becomes a boat anchor like this HP Officejet Pro 8610.

For my HP Ink Jet 8620 Printer only the genuine HP Cartridges are guaranteed to work.. Do NOT try to use starter cartridge or non HP Cartridges or refilled Cartridges as the internal computer will reject them! Wish that they were not quite so expensive to replace...!!

It works great! I would not expect anything less from HP and I was not disappointed.

The product was as described, arrived on time, and everything was fine.

Our business bought 14 XL cartridges for our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers last Aug 9th, 2017. It is not uncommon for us to stock up on supplies, so this entire order was not utilized until just last week. EVERY SINGLE CARTRIDGE is bad. None of our printers recognize these bad cartridges! This was an order that was fulfilled by Amazon directly/Amazon Prime. Of course - we are past the return window so we are out $303.86 and have 14 full XL cartridges that will not work in any of our HP Officejet Pro 8100 printers. I see other recent feedback from others stating the same issue. How can this be allowed? The cartridges are slightly different in the print on the labels on the side of the cartridges. The bad cartridges state For use only in US and Canada Z10. Our other GOOD cartridges do not say this - our GOOD cartridges say (in this same space on the label) Intended for single use only. Looks like we will have to start buying our cartridges locally again and paying more. But at least we know they will WORK...
