Greater than one weekOrdered these from Amazon. I was sent cartridges that were a Z20 -to be used in Europe, Russia, Middle East & Africa only! They worked in my printer, but when I needed to change the cartridges they correct ones (Z10-made for USA & Canada) I had to spend an hour on the phone with HP support getting my printer reset! I only needed to change the blue cartridge, but I had to change all 4-even though 3 out of the 4 still had ink in them! Buyer beware!
