This is a great tool for someone doesnt use it every day in a commercial or industrial setting. I am using this for home projects only and it is the perfect tool at the perfect price point. The green lasers extremely visible, and me accessories provided are well made too. The laser is very easy to use and so far its fulfilling my needs and satisfying my expectations.

Easy to use

Absolutely worth it for the price and customer service I from Huepar is great! I had purchase this for a small remodeling job where I needed to do some site work for a small extension. First unit I received had two planes go out of plumb/level. Huepar sent me a replacement right away and was able to set my forms in bright sunlight with a receiver I purchased. Being in Hawaii, I had issues returning the shipping lithium back, Amazon allowed me to keep the defective unit.

The horizontal beam faded dramatically when I was using it outdoors in SW Florida, so maybe it is heat sensitive. There were still 3 out of 4 bars on the battery indicator. The instructions are marginal and although it refers to the green target, doesnt mention using it.

Manual is very poor, but its not all that complicated and possible to figure it out even with the bad manual. It would be VERY easy if they just had a decent tech writer. The device is wonderful indoors, seems very accurate a so bright I thought it might work outdoors. It does, in the shade, to about five or eight feet. Past that, youd have to wait for dusk. Fair enough, it would be blindingly bright if it worked outside with the naked eye.

I just got this today and it was delivered in 1 day. The hard case is definitely a plus but the main reason I am writing this review on the same day is for a few reasons. 1. I set the level up in my basement and checked it for accuracy in several areas for both plumb and level. I went to an area where it was slightly visible and it was right on. Ive added some photos showing different areas and showing that its plumb and level. 2, I have been doing construction for over 30 years and I spend days researching and this does everything that the other brands do at 1/3 the price. I couldnt see buying a name brand thats black and yellow for triple the price or blue one at a triple price. It is very bright indoors and I will get the transmitter eventually and I did order 2 pairs of glasses for it today due to needing eye protection because it is a bright laser and need my help to be protected as well. 3. I like that every laser can be independent, i have a 10 service door to install, I-beam installation coming up with brick and block work, backsplash in a kitchen and remodeling 2 bathrooms and finish a basement. 4. It is very user friendly. I can say you will need a tripod that moves up and down at the point of where the laser level screws into the tripod to make adjustments easier and more accurate. This laser is well worth the money for the price and features.

We bought this product after I borrowed one from a friend. We were very happy with the brightness of the laser and the sharpness of the lines. Allows you to be very accurate. We use it for tile installation. I only gave 4 stars on the brightness because we used it outside and was very hard to see the line after 20 ft(this was at the brightest part of the day) We used it all day In The morning before the sun got bright it was good and could reach up 30+. However inside it is very bright. We plan on buying the receiver when using it outside.

The. instructions could be easier to find and more precise. however i did figure out how to use it. the green lines are easier to see in bright light. the three boxes make this an all purpose laser for use in any situation. I bought it to replace my old laser for setting grades in the yard, but this unit will replace all three of my old lasers. Im very happy my old unit died this is a great imporvement.

I was very pleased with this product the first time I bought it. I went back and ordered a second one. Its just as good as more expensive big-name items.

I bought this product mostly for outdoor use. The description even made it sound like it would work better than red outside. Fail! You cant see the lines AT ALL if the sun is up. Not even overcast helped. The device seems to work otherwise. Its easy to use. Just dont expect to use it outside at all.
