Great laser level, the threaded insert used to attach the level to a mount or tripod is constantly pulling out, making it very hard to rigidly mount it in any position.

Im a semi-professional user who was looking for a quality laser on a budget. The huepar surpassed all my expectations as it is accurate, easy to see in a bright area, and surprisingly heavy duty. I treat my gadgets gingerly but the housing could withstand many heavy handed users and the molded hardcase ensures a special place doesnt need to be found for job to job transportation. Ive only had my unit for a short while so the jury is out on long term durability but I definitely have a good feeling about this unit and am thus far glad I didnt shell out $400 more for the similar dewalt laser.

Not the best person To give you advice or to give on any self-leveling Laser level quality. only owned one for 30 days prior to this one, I can tell you this one is not getting returned anytime soon as it suits All my at home/Hobby needs for now, I will mostly keep it for quick easy not 100% needed accuracy. Not saying that I’ve had any troubles, it’s been a great tool for What I have needed. I just wouldn’t rely on it for my profession just yet. Plus during the daytime it’s extremely hard to see as I’m assuming most laser levels are. I’ve tried a lot of tricks my book/researched and I still couldn’t get it to see you more than about 15-20 feet during pure sun light. Doesn’t help that my reflector has been missed placed by myself. Damnmit.

I bought this laser after carelessly breaking another one of there products. I bought this version because it was supposed to be more durable(it is) Though it is not as strong as there top model which has about double battery power but comes in a huge case. Knowing what I know now I would have repurchased the first model. Still works great just not as bright but better for construction projects.

Just arrived today, i set it up and works great. Looking forward to using on all my job sites, it is user friendly.

I had to return 3 of them because they were not calibrated correctly. Finally, the 4th one came in level and I used it for a couple projects I was working on, then put it away and a month later, I took it out for another project and it wont turn on. At this rate, I dont think I could trust this brand enough to recommend.

I’ve been in the construction field for the last six years and I must say this laser is really accurate and great for its price.

I purchased a laser level many years ago for my work as a contractor. Paid hundreds of dollars for it. It was the worst. The laser could hardly be seen and setup was complicated. Now with this laser the setup is easy with self leveling (you must get a tripod) and laser is bright. This has a multitude of uses framing, drywall,wallpaper, chair rail etc etc. I dont go on a job without it. No more chalk line plump bob for me!
