Hunter Safety System Reflective Lifeline for Tree-Stand Hunting Safety Harness

Great lifeline, I tried to cut costs and buy climbing rope and tie my own prusik, but at the end of the day, if you dont trust your own knots with your life, this is the way to go. I caved and bought one. I still use my own set ups but always feel more confident with this setup.

The carabener and rope material are top notch. I have no doubt that this will keep me safe. The reason for my low rating is because of the reflective material in the rope. Some may like this because it makes it easy to find your stand in the dark, but I hate it. It is so bright it is like a beacon! I can see my stand in the woods from over 200 yds away! I personally dont want every other hunter out there to know where I am hunting now do I want deer to see it either. I actually had a deer (luckily just a doe) walk up with the sun behind it and suddenly turn a 180 and take off running... the only explanation I could think of is that it caught a glimpse of the reflection. So if you are going to use it, it might be a good idea to leave it out for a while so the deer can get used to it. I ended up spending about 4 hrs to remove the reflective strand from the rope... its all good now. But for the time it took, I would have been better off buying my own ropes...

This safety line is mandatory. I love it and will never climb my stand without using it.

nice value in the 3-pack size! ... I wont hunt without one of these on my tree .. I bought 2 packs ,, 6 total .. so I can have one there on every tree every time !! The reflective strand is a great feature !!

Very nice product, makes you feel safe in the tree. If you have a climber and you dont move it much from one tree to another or you have a tree you always go to this is the system for you.
