Decent wire, but definitely not 10 Gauge wire. Kinda disappointed, as it is 12 Gauge, at best. A little expensive if you are paying for 12 Gauge wire, but was adequate for smaller speakers on a secondary system.

The wire is thick, yet easy to use. Sound is clean and detailed.

I have 12awg ofc that is just as thick (just as many strands) and I paid the same price locally for it but I love blue so its nice but I dont think its dual 10awg

The cable arrived quickly and it very good shape, looked brand new. The spools were heavy like they should be, the strands were dense and plentiful, the jackets easy to cut off but the cables slid nicely and didnt show signs of wear from being pulled over objects. As others have mentioned the mid-range sounded a touch deeper and more depth to it and the highs sounded a little more detailed and clean. The cabling is being used to setup a brand new RSL 5.1 surround setup that was using ACC wiring. As soon as I found out that the Amazon Basics 16awg wiring was ACC I knew I needed to get new cabling. Good cabling at a good price!

You cannot separate the wires as when you pull the wires apart it tears into the bare wire as others have stated. When you try to split them with a knife, the same thing happens. Huge PIA and not worth the hassle.

This wire is Awesome! its good for car speaker install and home audio install. This wire is heavy OFC wire and flexible, It is actually better than a few expensive car audio brands. it has more strands and is easy to handle when it comes to splitting and soldering. I plan on ordering more of this wire in the future. Good Stuff!
