Love this wire

Routed speaker wires in my Home Theater walls for my rear Klispch Dolby Atmos speakers. They sound great.

The cable arrived quickly and it very good shape, looked brand new. The spools were heavy like they should be, the strands were dense and plentiful, the jackets easy to cut off but the cables slid nicely and didnt show signs of wear from being pulled over objects. As others have mentioned the mid-range sounded a touch deeper and more depth to it and the highs sounded a little more detailed and clean. The cabling is being used to setup a brand new RSL 5.1 surround setup that was using ACC wiring. As soon as I found out that the Amazon Basics 16awg wiring was ACC I knew I needed to get new cabling. Good cabling at a good price!

I really like this speaker wire. The color is nice and has a brown hue to it. The outer casing is very pliable and makes it easy to work with. Appreciate the high quality copper and ease of use.

So Im an electrical engineer. People saying this isnt 12 gauge: youre wrong. It fits exactly through the 12 gauge hole on my autostrippers. You know its a good fit when it nearly cuts a couple of strands as its stripping unless its straight on. I didnt have problem splitting the + and - wires either. Small cut with an xacto knife to get it started and it pulls apart fine. I had to assemble 16 banana plugs with solder and didnt have any issues. The insulation held up really well and didnt melt down.
