> 3 dayThis cpu is a price to performance king for intel, comparable with LGA1700 socket types and supports both DDR4 and DDR5. I meant to get this as a budget cpu for my girlfriends first build but it’s cheaper and on par for performance with my i710700k. Very satisfied

09-06-2025My old 2015 amd cpu/gpu pc build, the FX 8350 cpu died. so i decided to build a intel/nvidia game pc this time. i wasnt looking for oc cup so i got the 12400. i was more worried about the mb but it worked on second boot, gpu didnt boot correctly on first try so i reboot and it worked. so far the 12400 is working great, just like a new pc should with no issues. for $180 i would recommend 12400 which should last for years since its ddr5 compatible for next gen.
